Vizio TV Audio Problem

Bought a Vizio TV from Sam's Club, model E421VA, and have had many audio problems and loss of picture problems. For the fourth time the extended warranty company is sending a repair person to replace the same parts--motherboard and power supply. I was quick enough to catch the problem on video for proof of the problem.

No longer a fan of Vizio or Sam's Club equipment protection plan.

By the way, originally we purchased this TV for my mom who lives an hour away. She complained about the issues. She went through three cable boxes. We swapped our TV hers and the same problems continued at our home. It doesn't matter what channel or time of day.

Sam's Club needs to revisit their equipment protection policy. The TV should have been replaced after the second visit.
