The company, which had slowed down in Kenya in past few years, is projecting to grow its market share to 20 percent by 2014 from the current 5 percent, banking on the growing middle class and upmarket consumers. The introduction of the products coincides with 100 years in sharps participation in technology and electronics markets across the globe. So far sharp provides a variety of TV set ranging from 22 inches to their latest TV set the 80 inch TV with prices ranging from 22,000 Kenya shillings to one million shillings for the 80 inch led TV launched.
